This site is run by the owner of Skyfield Ranch to sell the property. Here’s what it collects, why, and where it goes.
What the inquiry form collects
Your name, email address and phone number; how you’d like to be contacted; and, if you choose to share them, how you plan to buy, the financing numbers you’re considering, what you’d use the property for, how you heard about it, and your message. The form also records when you sent it, from which page, and, if you arrived through a tagged link such as the QR code on the roadside sign, that link’s source tag.
Why
Only to respond to your inquiry about Skyfield Ranch. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing, and you won’t be added to any mailing list.
Where it goes, and who handles it
The form sends your inquiry as an email to the owner. Two services handle it on the way: Vercel, which hosts this site, and Resend, which delivers the email. This site doesn’t keep its own copy; the email in the owner’s inbox is the record.
How long it’s kept
Inquiries are deleted within 12 months of the sale closing.
Your consent to be contacted
Ticking “I agree to be contacted about this property by email, phone or text” gives the owner permission to contact you about Skyfield Ranch, as Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) requires. You can withdraw it at any time: reply to the owner and say so, or send a note through the inquiry form.
Analytics
The site counts page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites. There’s no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies.
Videos, fonts and maps
The videos are hosted on YouTube. Their preview pictures are stored on this site, so nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; the player then uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The fonts are served from this site too. The map in the Location section comes from OpenStreetMap and loads only when you scroll to it.
Your choices
To ask what you’ve sent, or to have it deleted, send a request through the inquiry form. It’s the only way to reach the owner: there’s no public email address.
